Empowering Veterans

Mission Statement

Warrior House of WNY is proudly rooted in its founding mission to honor and support military
veterans. While veterans remain at the heart of our purpose, we have grown to also serve
community "warriors"—individuals confronting challenges such as food insecurity, mental
health struggles, social isolation, and the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through
compassionate, inclusive, and collaborative programs, we are committed to supporting
resilience and strengthening the bonds within our community.

Vision Statement

We envision a community where every individual—especially our veterans and those facing
personal or societal challenges—has access to the support, resources, and connections needed
to thrive. Warrior House of WNY is dedicated to bridging care gaps and creating a culture built
on respect, understanding, and unity, empowering both veterans and community members to
heal, grow, and thrive together.

Veteran
Services

The vision of Warrior House of WNY is to create togetherness and community revitalization and provide evidence-based community programs to improve the health and economic well-being of Veterans and families within the community.

Volunteers Packing Food

Food Pantry

In 2018, Warrior House of WNY expanded its mission beyond serving veterans to address a growing need in our local community—food insecurity. Partnering with Oakfield-Alabama Elementary School, we launched a School Food Pantry to support students and their families.
